We are excited to be looking for a Leadership Agent to collaborate with our team and help us develop courageous leaders!
While the exact details of the role will depend on the unique skills you bring, responsibilities may include:
- On-site facilitation of half-day workshops or 2-3 hour Peer Learning sessions (group coaching and mentoring) 4-6 times per month approximately
- Collaborating with us to innovate our program content, experiential activities, online programming, and more
- Editing and improving facilitator’s notes for workshops
- Participant communication and follow up virtually
- Individual coaching sessions with participants
- Adding structure / process to our leadership programs using technology and automation where possible
The ultimate outcome of your work will be to help leaders realize their potential and to make work awesome (or at least a little better) for themselves and their teams. We’ll measure impact through reports of behaviour change from participants and clients, feedback on learning sessions, and increased ease of our administrative and communication processes.

- Has leadership and facilitation experience and doesn’t want to go back to a full-time J.O.B. after a leave (medical / parental / personal etc) from the corporate world
